Event Description: Come taste history at a progressive dinner created in collaboration with our Applied Food Studies program and highlighted in a current exhibit in the Conrad N. Hilton Library Rotunda. Historical recipes serve to highlight the area’s food, beverages, and people, drawing from such notable periods as the Dutch colonial, early republic, Gilded Age and more.
