In celebration of Global Champagne Day, Irvington has partnered with Moët & Chandon to host a one-night only dinner on Friday, October 18th featuring a delicious three-course meal paired with the perfect glass of Moët.

The menu will include the following items and pairings + more:

• Smoked Potato Croquette: creme fraiche / trout roe / chervil

• End of Summer Tomato Salad: black cherries / ricotta salata - Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label

• Seared Scallops: acorn squash / apples & mustard seed - Moet & Chandon Rose Imperial

• Roasted Tile Fish: chantarelles / poached persimmon / herb salad - Ruinart Brut Blanc De Blancs

The dinner costs $65 per person (+tax and grat) and seatings are available from 6:30-9:30pm. Reservations can be made online on their website.
