Which NFL and NBA Stars Have the Most Amazing Homes?

Chris Bosh's 11,709-square-foot home at 6396 N. Bay Rd., Miami Beach.

It is no secret that the top sports stars earn a fortune and have lavish lifestyles. However, you may be surprised to see just how spectacular the homes of some NFL and NBA stars are.

Brandon Marshall

NFL wide receiver Marshall played for a number of teams and broke several records. At the time of writing, he is a free agent. His amazing property portfolio over the years included a stunning penthouse in Chicago that he bought for $3.9 million in 2014 and sold for $3.2 million in 2019.

He also bought a Mediterranean style property in Florida that he has tried to sell a few times since then. The property covers 2.4 acres and he put it on sale for close to $4.8 million at the end of 2018. Equipped with smart home technology and over 14,500 of interior space, this is a dream home for many people.

Kurt Warner

This former NFL quarterback is considered by many to be the best undrafted player of all time. Fans of college football betting may remember him playing for Northern Iowa. Warner retired at the end of the 2009 season.  His incredible home in Arizona had a value of about $5 million in 2018 and includes lots of modern technology.

This place in Arizona has 11,000 square feet of space, 7 bedrooms and a home theater among its attractions. He has also been heavily involved with the First Things First “Homes for the Holidays” program that helps to furnish homes at Christmas time.

Kobe Bryant

With total earnings of over $120 million in a stellar, 20-year career, it is no surprise to see Bryant living a wealthy lifestyle. The Los Angeles Lakers legend bought a magnificent, Mediterranean-style house in Newport Beach for $4 million in 2002 and sold it in 2015.

He has owned several homes in Orange County, California. His main home is said to be valued at over $20 million and it was custom-built with a home theater, gym, and plenty of other features.

LeBron James

Another NBA legend, James is regarded as one of the wealthiest sports stars around. This is reflected in the opulent $9 million mansion in Coconut Grove, Florida that he owns.

This property sits on Biscayne Bay and has its own dock that has room for a 26-foot yacht. His home also has a wine cellar. Before signing for the LA Lakers, he also bought a $23 home in Los Angeles, which is his third property overall.

Russell Wilson

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback has a mansion that has to be seen to be believed. In 2019, he become the highest-paid play in the NFL with a $140 million contract over 4 years. A few years before that, he paid $6.7 million for a gorgeous property in the Meydenbauer Bay area.

It has outstanding views of Lake Washington, together with a host of quality features. He even has a wine cellar there, with room for 2,000 bottles.

Chris Bosh

With career earnings of over $120 million, this five-time NBA All-Star enjoyed a long, successful career in basketball. In 2018, it was reported that Bosh had been trying to sell his mansion in Miami Beach for some time. In fact, he dropped the asking price by $2 million, to just under $16 million, at the time.

For that price, buyers could close to 12,000 square feet of quality living space. This resort-style property by the water has 6 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, as well as extra-high ceilings. It isn’t clear whether he finally managed to sell it.
