Top Brokers Attend Summer Solstice Rooftop Event at 2505 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Ariel Tirosh and team at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing hosted a summer solstice rooftop event for top brokers on June 21st at 2505 Broadway, an elegant 19-story luxury condominium building nestled on the corner of 93rd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. More than 100 top brokers, executives, and industry professionals attended the event on the building’s recently completed rooftop to kick off the summer. Guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres, specialty cocktails, and live music.

Developed by Adam America Real Estate and designed by ODA, 2505 Broadway features a collection of 41 residences for sale in a classically imagined, upscale designed building. The three-to-four+ bedroom residences consist of layouts with walls of windows, large and light-filled spaces, and gorgeous great rooms, and start at $3.995 million. 2505 Broadway is more than 50% sold. Closings have commenced and the building is available for immediate occupancy.

2505 Broadway was designed from the outside in. Every residence has access to the vast amenity rooftop terrace while select residences feature private balconies or private “backyards.” Flexible enough for a variety of interests, the amenities at 2505 Broadway include a multipurpose sports court and screening room, kid’s playroom, state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa, lounge, and 24/7 concierge. In addition to the building’s sprawling rooftop terrace, the lobby at 2505 Broadway was recently completed.
