The Arabella Tops Out: A Vibrant New Addition to The Belmont Section of The Bronx

The construction of a new nine-story mixed-use tower, The Arabella, has topped out at 4720 Third Avenue, in the Belmont section of The Bronx. The Arabella, designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Vertical Development and Sioni Group, will include 165 rental apartments situated above two floors of placemaking retail.

The interior of the apartments is designed by Marin Architects, offering an impressive range of amenities. The leasing for these residential units will be managed by REAL New York. OmniBuild Construction has been assigned as the general contractor for the project, while DeSimone Structural Engineers is handling the structural engineering.

Topping out of The Arabella marks a significant milestone in the project's progress, making it a dynamic new addition to the Belmont community, which is known for its long-standing Italian restaurants, cafes, the Arthur Avenue retail corridor, and famous green spaces including the Bronx Zoo and Ciccarone Park.

The Arabella will provide new opportunities for both residential and commercial growth, enabling new legacies to weave into the fabric of the neighborhood. Its distinct facade is a unique feature of the building, which is situated at Third Avenue and E 189th Street, just south of Fordham University, a crucial institution contributing to New York City's ongoing growth and advancement.
