The Amberly Offering Luxury Amenities

Now more than 75 percent leased, Downtown Brooklyn's all new 33-story millennial friendly luxury rental tower, The Amberly, has just completed their expansive amenities spaces and is unveiling their spacious 9th floor lounge. Offering a modern twist on the classic Brooklyn backyard, the space comes complete with a wraparound sundeck, landscaped terrace, grills and space for alfresco dining, as well as space for co-working, mingling and games such as pool. 

At the nexus of Brooklyn Heights, DUMBO and Downtown Brooklyn and located at 120 Nassau Street, The Amberly has been designed by world renown architecture firm, Woods Bagot, and is the firm's North American tower. Offering 270 apartments, ranging from studios to three-bedroom rentals with select units providing private outdoor space, the building is uniquely positioned to maximize views in every direction and boasts the borough's most Instagrammable vistas with seven bridges and the soaring skylines of two entire boroughs.

Each condo-style unit is presented with 9-foot ceilings and windows ensuring optimal light flow and maximal views, maintaining The Amberly’s elevated level of luxury in each apartment space. All kitchens feature a white subway tile backsplash set against custom walnut cabinetry and glistening Caesarstone countertops for an elegant, modern effect. The bathrooms do not fail to impress either, with matte finished porcelain tile floors laid in a herringbone pattern and glazed white porcelain tile walls, complete with an oversized showerhead.

Furnished by celebrated designer Dan Mazzarini and his team at BHDM Design, the ninth-floor lounge is open to all residents of the building and is free to use. In addition, the sky-high lounge dubbed "The Overlook," which crowns the tower’s 33rd floor, is now open and offers all residents a built-in penthouse to soak in panoramic views of the city they now proudly call home. A multi-zone fitness center with Peloton bike systems and secure bike storage is also present in the building, as well as a 24-hour concierge, a private driveway for drop-offs and pick-ups, and on-site valet parking with direct tower access. Residents can also take advantage of the beautifully landscaped 10,000-square-foot plaza just outside the lobby, offering prime green space to the neighborhood and entire Brooklyn community.
