South Williamsburg's The Dime Starts Leasing

 Leasing has begun at new rental development, The Dime, in South Williamsburg. Offering 177 apartments and a full suite of lifestyle amenities, including over an acre of outdoor space, the building is set to welcome its first residents this summer.  A virtual, no contact leasing program led by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has begun, allowing renters to safely and conveniently explore the brand new living spaces.
