Shaking Up Barbiecore: A Pink Cocktail Guide for the Barbie Movie Premiere

To celebrate the release of the new Barbie movie, we've curated a guide featuring the most delightful pink cocktails. These concoctions, with their vibrant hues and refreshing flavors, perfectly encapsulate the Barbiecore aesthetic. Silver & The City

  • 21.5 oz PATRÓN Silver

  • .75 oz PATRÓN Citrónge

  • .75 oz Cranberry juice

  • .5 oz Fresh Lime juice

  • .25 oz Simple Syrup

Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass or cocktail coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.


NOLET’S Silver Rose Gimlet

  • 1 oz. NOLET’S Silver Gin

  • 1 oz. Fresh Lemonade (can be pink lemonade)

  • 0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur

  • 0.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

  • Rose Petals

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with rose petals.


HI KRAKEN MIMOSA

  • 1½ ounces Kraken Gold Spiced Rum

  • 2 ounces of pineapple juice

  • ½ ounce grenadine

  • 4 ounces prosecco or champagne chilled

Combine all ingredients in a glass. Garnish with pineapple slices, cherries and a Barbie arm or leg.


Cointreau Pink Lady Cocktail

  • 0.75 oz Cointreau

  • 0.72 oz Fresh Lime Juice 

  • 2 oz Sparkling Wine (Crémant De Loire)

  • 3 Whole Strawberries 

  • 2 oz Vodka 

Add all ingredients to a shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lime twist


St-Rémy Signature Cherrity Starts At Home

  • 1 1⁄2 oz St-Rémy Signature Brandy

  • 1 oz Cherry Puree

  • 1⁄4 oz PX sherry

  • 1⁄2 oz Sugar Cane Syrup

  • 1 Pinch Smoked Sea Salt

  • 1 Egg White

Add ingredients to a shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with maraschino cherry


Carley’s Southern Charm 

  • §  1.5 parts Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge

  •  4 parts Unsweetened Hibiscus Iced Tea

  •  1 Orange, thinly sliced 

  • 1 fresh Mint

Add all ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher. Serve in a Collins glass over ice.  


Bloody Dutch Sour

  • 1.25 oz. Ketel One® Vodka

  • 0.5 oz. apricot liqueur

  • 0.75 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 oz. honey crisp apple cider

  • float of blackstrap rum
