Modern Apartments for the Modern Renter

Completed in 2015 The One Sixty Madison building is a breathtaking addition to the Midtown skyline. It’s even nicer on the inside, featuring everything that could be desired to live for a luxurious contemporary lifestyle. Just walking inside the building you are greeted by a doorman and smoky black marble floors, a Jura Beige stone and White Oak reception desk, satin finish limestone walls, and classic Frank Stella style wall art. Which sets a minimalistic modern tone that is carried throughout the rest of the building.

The Madison building offers over 20,000 square feet of amenities space. With 16,000 of those feet devoted to private outdoor space like an elevated park featuring games such as life-sized chess. On the top floor, a 1,000 square foot wraparound terrace connects to the buildings Three-Sixty Lounge which offers a view of the Empire State Building. The Three-Sixty Lounge also offers a full bar, with tables, and chairs. As for the more health conscious customers, the Madison building has a 3,500 square foot sundeck immaculately landscaped to inspire serenity that offers sunset yoga classes, and a Buddhist once said that Downward Dog is best practiced in tandem with the downward movement of the sun. Along with those, the Madison offers the classic suite of Gym equipment that will help you get in shape or stay in shape.

Currently, there are eight different floor plans available at One Sixty Madison. A $3,785 Studio, then there is a selection of four different 1 bedroom 1 bath apartments priced between, $4,615 to the corner B priced at $6923. The selection of apartments is rounded out by a larger $7,569 2 bedroom, 2 bath which offer corner views in their living areas. Each and every apartment is furnished with top of the line fixtures, such as Silestone countertops, Blomberg stainless steel refrigerators, and KitchenAid microwaves and Dishwashers. Bathrooms feature a custom walnut vanity, Daltile porcelain tile and unique recessed shower curtain tracks that emphasize the ceiling height. Glass enclosed showers are even available in select residences. The living areas also feature floor to ceiling windows that allows an abundance of natural light to enter.

It's a well-known fact that the most important factor in real-estate is location, and The One Sixty Madison building has an excellent location bordering NOMAD and Midtown. At 160 Madison Ave. you can live a block away from the Empire State Building, and two from the Manhattan Mall, and three from Madison Square Garden itself. You can take a quick walk down to either the Madison Square Park or Bryant Park and the New York public library, and the number of restaurants and bars in the immediate area is mindboggling.
