Bathrooms are the newest trends in the city’s new luxury buildings, and we’ve compiled a list of some of the most extravagant and luxurious bathrooms you could possibly own and experience.

45 Park Place

Designed by visionary architect Sir David Adjaye, this is his first skyscraper, as well as his first high-rise tower in New York City. The residences incorporate luxurious interior finishes made of materials sourced from around the world. 15 Hudson Yards


Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group, 15 Hudson Yards is a 88-story glass tower featuring 285 condominium residences and offers residents over 40,000 square feet of amenities. Residence interiors emphasize quality and tailored details. The master bathrooms feature a floating stone double sink with millwork cabinetry in triple layer brushed solid oak dyed in light oxidized dove; bush hammered and brushed Blue de Savoie stone flooring with radiant heat; tub surround, walls and floating vanity stone of Estremoz Marble slab. The Secondary Bathroom include vanities in triple layer brushed solid oak cabinetry, dyed light oxidized dove; polished Solakas Cloudy Mist marble feature walls, tub front and floating vanity. In the Powder Rooms, Nordic bone quartzite accent the walls and floor.
