"Karen is an incredible addition to Compass,” said Will Hardy, Strategic Growth Manager. “Her level of expertise, passion, and enthusiasm are exactly what we look for at Compass. We're tremendously excited to have her on board.”

Prior to Compass, Karen was at Corcoran, where she was on the Platinum Council and was consistently the recipient of coveted industry awards including ranking #1 in both rentals and sales for the Upper West Side, in the top 75 brokers in Manhattan by The Real Deal, and among the top-producing brokers in the U.S. per The Wall Street Journal.

“I am thrilled to start the New Year and the next phase of my career at Compass,” said Karen Kelley. “I look forward to best serving my clients at a company with a vibrant culture, unrivaled technology and values that align with my own and that of my team.”

Karen has a vast network of clients in China and other international markets. As a student of foreign languages including Mandarin and extensive cross-cultural skills, her philanthropic and educational endeavors has allowed her to connect investors and international students with stunning properties to perfectly meet their needs.
