Jersey City's Revetment House 90% Leased

The LeFrak Organizationhas announce that its newest Hamilton Park rental development, Revetment House, is already 90 percent leased within a mere five months. Located in the idyllic, tree-lined Hamilton Park neighborhood, the 163-unit Revetment House is also 70 percent occupied. The building welcomed its first residents at the end of 2018, and they are now able to enjoy completed interior amenities. The project’s combination of industrial chic design, first class amenities, spacious residences, and high-end finishes have made it one of Hamilton Park’s most sought-after new developments.

“The project has captivated renters with its beautiful, contemporary design and comprehensive lifestyle experience in one of Jersey City’s most desirable neighborhoods, and we look forward to continuing this incredible momentum until the development is fully leased.” said Richard Wernick, Executive Leasing Director at LeFrak.

A bold new addition to Jersey City’s historic Hamilton Park neighborhood, Revetment House is a modern building whose aesthetic pays homage to its historic location atop a former railroad embankment once operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad. Revetment House offers spacious studio to three-bedroom residences that are bathed in natural light and designed with open-floor-plan kitchens and modern finishes. Every residence is home to its own in-unit washer-dryer, Whirlpool appliances, and contemporary finishes like white subway tiles and oak flooring.

Amenities include, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, residents’ lounge, part-time doorman, business center and bicycle storage. The project will also feature incredible outdoor amenities as well, such as a landscaped deck with BBQ area, a dog run and a playground. On-site parking is available to lease, and the building is conveniently located near the Holland Tunnel. The Newport PATH and Light Rail stations are nearby, and Revetment House will provide free shuttle service to and from the Newport PATH station during commuting hours, making the trip to Manhattan and Hoboken even faster.

The LeFrak Organization has been developing the Newport area for more than 30 years, and is credited with founding the neighborhood. Given the incredible success of the vibrant, mixed-use waterfront neighborhood, LeFrak expanded its reach to Jersey City’s other surrounding neighborhoods.
