Inside The PMG and Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Launch 111 Leroy
On Wednesday, February 13th, New York-based developer Property Markets Group (PMG) officially launched sales for its latest development, 111 Leroy. Designed by Workshop APD and positioned in New York’s historic West Village, the 10-story building will encompass nine condominiums and five adjacent single-family townhomes.
Guests gathered at the newly completed model apartment for beverages and light bites. Attendees included Andrew Kotchen of Workshop APD, Nicole Fuller of Nicole Fuller Interiors, Howard M. Lorber of Douglas Elliman, Richard Lam, Dan Kaplan, and Brett Wolfe of Property Markets Group, along with New York’s top brokers, including Andrew Anderson and Darren Sukenik, who are the handling the exclusive sales for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
The boutique building’s nine condominiums, known as the Residences, are comprised of full-floor residences and an exclusive duplex penthouse with two roof terraces. The five townhomes, known as the Houses, will feature multiple private terraces, with fire pits, outdoor kitchens, and hot tubs. All homes have private elevators.
Residents at 111 Leroy will have access to exceptional amenities including a 24-hour doorman, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a resident lounge designed by Lobel Modern. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handles the exclusive sales and marketing for 111 Leroy.
