Inside The 450 Warren Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn Launches Sales
450 Warren, an 18-unit condominium in Gowanus, Brooklyn, recently celebrated its successful launch of sales with some of New York City’s top real estate brokers and executives. The event, held outside in one of the three courtyards at the building, showcased the multitude of green spaces that residents will enjoy and the striking architecture by visionary architects SO – IL.
The event was hosted by Brooklyn-based developers Sam Alison-Mayne and Sebastian Mendez of TANKHOUSE and sales and marketing firm Corcoran New Development, who revealed the first look into the building’s model residence to the VIP group of brokers and Corcoran executives, including regional SVP of sales Michael Sorrentino, and Brooklyn Managing Directors Yael Streit, Ben Elesh, and Juliana Brown.
The architecture at 450 Warren is like nothing ever seen in Brooklyn, simultaneously offering the feeling of a private home and a dynamic shared community, with a dramatic, spiraling open courtyard and sculptural stairway that rises five stories in the central atrium. Brokers were able to observe in the model residence that future residents will enter their homes through private outdoor foyers – covered and semi-enclosed spaces with built-in benches and integrated entry mats serving as a functional transition between outside and in. All residences at 450 Warren have at least three exposures with oversized windows, creating homes that are bright and open, maximizing the living experience for every time of day and season. All residences offer multiple private outdoor spaces, including covered outdoor living rooms, balconies and terraces.
