Last week Avdoo & Partners Development announced the launch of residential sales at Saint Marks Place, a sophisticated 100-residence condominium project in the quintessential brownstone neighborhood of Boerum Hill. The façade is modernized by 8,000 bold, vertical modules in custom Agrob Buchtal-manufactured terra cotta, a classic component of early twentieth-century New York architecture.

Occupancy is slated for late this summer. Nineteen thousand square-feet of amenities have been thoughtfully included at Saint Marks Place, divided into The Foundation, The Club, The Canopy and The Garden. Residents will enjoy access to a 24-hour lobby attendant, a state of the art fitness center, kids’ playroom, an art studio and more.
