According to public records, the property is sold from Clyde and Summer Anderson, who run Books-a-Million, which celebrated its 100th anniversary this year, who previously bought it from Swank

Right in the heart of Greenwich Village. the townhouse built in 1899, offers 10 rooms with 3,736 square feet of living space.

The property was represented on both sides with Corcoran – Robby Browne, Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland Kubis represented the sellers.
