Are you looking for a snack that is healthy, on the go, and no baking needed? In just 15 minutes you can have a yummy treat that will not make you feel ‘blah’ afterwards.

No- Bake Energy bites!  The best morning, afternoon, and even after dinner snack/dessert.  With only six ingredients needed and a large bowl to stir in. This is a healthy take on traditional no bake cookies. So good for you to fuel your body when you’re running on a long day. Such a quick easy and recipe for something that will have you wanting more. Are you ready to try?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • ½ cup of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ready in: 1h 15m

Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, peanut butter of your choice, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. When you think they are mix well together, form into balls using your hands. Arrange energy bites on a baking sheet and freeze or put in the refrigerator for about an hour.

So easy and ready to eat in no time.
