The upcoming Holiday season can prove to be full of stressful preparations, particularly if you're looking for a getaway space to spend the festivities. However, with inventions like AirBNB and Hotels.com, finding a rental vacation home is much simpler, and there are many beautiful places to run away to for a weekend or two. The Greenwich area is one of them, and below you'll find five AirBNB User favorite places for the November-December season, listed from most inexpensive to most expensive.

Luxury Beach House [$699.00 per night]

Large, Luxurious, Modern, Waterfront Home.
Staying at this property will make you feel relaxed (feel free to use the Jacuzzi) and invigorated (swim a few laps in the pool). Experience the luxurious life with floor to ceiling windows, and 2 modern balconies overlooking the water. The large windows, glass walls and doors make the place feel even bigger.

Waterfront Cottage in Riverside [$124.00 per night]

This beautiful cottage can house four guests, has three bedrooms with three beds, and is the perfect Thanksgiving getaway destination for a small family or group of friends. It is less than a mile away from the Metro North Train to NYC, and conveniently close to everything Greenwich has to offer tourists. Equipped with every single commodity, plus a game room and an outside dock, this beautiful home has a grocery store near, a dry cleaning place, several restaurants and an ice cream stand that the hosts cannot recommend enough!

 Overlook Cabin in downtown Greenwich CT [$49.00 per night]

Located in Downtown Greenwich, this quiet and rustic cabin is located in a private and tranquil neighborhood. The description points out that it is just a few blocks away from the train station, and that it shouldn't take vacationers more than 30 mins. [by train] to get to NYC. Downtown Greenwich itself has a large number of recreational parks, boating and fishing areas and relaxing beaches, so even if the weather isn't ideal to go for a swim, the scenery alone would be great to enjoy during a mid-day walk.

Private Room with Twin Bed in Greenwich [$55.00 per night]

If you're planning on doing early Holiday shopping at the City, wouldn't mind taking the train there and are not looking to pay hotel prices, then this might be your best alternative. AirBNB users gave this room 4 ½ stars, and said it was a beautiful space with very amicable hosts. The house itself is located 10 minutes away from the Amtrak station, which means you won't have to carry your shopping bags too far on your way back!

Tiny House in Greenwich CT [$72.00 per night]

Although the space is limited, the wooden floors and walls give this house a "Little Cottage in the Alps" vibe. The space is pet friendly and is equipped with all basic commodities. A mile away from it is the Amtrak Station, with a scenic beach just a bit further. If you're planning a romantic escapade, this might be the place for you!
