Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Will Personally Pay You For Your Guac - Here’s How

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has announced Guac on The Rock, a new initiative to encourage people across the country to support their local bars and restaurants however they feel the most comfortable (dining inside/outside or to-go). I’d love for you to consider writing about it.

Guac on The Rock initiative will be live from May 1-May 5, coinciding with Dwayne's birthday (May 2) and Cinco de Mayo. Here’s how it works:

  • Anyone over 21 years of age who purchases a Teremana Tequila cocktail and an order of Guacamole will be personally reimbursed for their guacamole via Venmo by Dwayne Johnson

  • All consumers need to do is upload a photo of their printed to guacontherock.com itemized receipt showing a Teremana cocktail and order of guacamole and they’ll be reimbursed directly from Dwayne Johnson (via Venmo) for up to $10

  • Teremana will reimburse U.S. restaurant & bar goers for their guac orders up to $1million dollars

NYC based participating restaurants and bars include Dutch Kills, Llama Inn, The Vanderbilt, Toloache, Le District, The Attic and Extra Virgin. The full list can be found online here: https://teremana.com/pages/find-us

“No better way to celebrate my 397th birthday, than with all of us helping our favorite local restaurants get back on their feet, all while drinking some Teremana and enjoying our favorite guacamole. I want to help get people safely back into our restaurants, bars and hotels. This is an industry close to my heart and one who normally gives all of us so much support year-round. These people need our help and support to get back in business," says Johnson. “Let’s go help them out, enjoy some amazing drinks and food and say thank you for all they do. And let everyone know that The Guac’s on The Rock!”
