Dubai’s Latest Residential Wonder

Kara Schlotthauer

Dubai’s skyline stands out in the worldwide crowd of city marvels, claiming third in the world for number of skyscrapers. Another shimmering architectural wonder is ready to take its place among the stars.

One of the city’s best-known structures, Atlantis The Palm, was just the tip of the inspired iceberg for its creators. The luxury resort sparked the unique design of a new class of luxury living with The Royal Atlantis Residences, catching attention across the globe.

Standing 43 stories tall, the building’s stacked shape promises to secure each residence’s breathtaking ocean view. World-renowned designer Kohn Pederson Fox Associates partnered with developer Kerzner International to soon offer 231 residences of two, three, four and five bedrooms with Skycourts, Garden Suites and Penthouses. The residences will widely range in size to accommodate any family, from 1,434 to 17,088 square feet, with pricing starting at $1.9 million USD.

Ninety pools will be installed in the complex, including private pools for many homes and a 96-meter high infinity pool. The residences’ interiors were designed by expert Sybille de Margerie, who commissioned five talented modern artists to handcraft unique works to style each home. Buyers will be able to customize their living areas by choosing individual pieces from the five artists, while also picking from a variety of adornments and essentials to make it their own.
