Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Commences Sales at The Chatsworth

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing recently announced that the firm has commenced sales as the exclusive sales and marketing agent of certain luxury pre-war units at The Chatsworth. The Chatsworth is a 12-story building located at 344 West 72nd Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side offering cooperative conversions. Kathy Murray of Douglas Elliman is the Director of Sales for the project. The first phase of sales has begun and includes 10 available units with architectural design and resident interiors by Pembroke & Ives.

Kitchens are open to the living areas and have custom millwork in a high-gloss white lacquer, with brushed stainless metal trim and mesh panel accents, and full-height brushed stainless-steel pantry and appliance cabinets and polished pale gray quartzite slab countertops and backsplash.
