Krug x Mushroom

A perfect pairing with Krug Grande Cuvée 168th Edition, Chef Cassidee has created a delicious mushroom recipe – Roasted Golden Beets with Mushrooms, Winter Truffles and Pine Bud Syrup – as part of Krug’s “World of Craft” program. Perfect for fall and upcoming holiday occasions, this dish is amazingly complex with the sweet flavors of the beets, the earthy mushrooms flavors and the slight scent of pine from the pine bud syrup.

Beginning Tuesday, December 1, the mushroom dish will also be available at Blackberry Farm where guests can enjoy either on the menu or re-create the Krug pairing in a cooking class. For those seeking a local destination to vacation safely, Blackberry Farm provides the ultimate escape and an opportunity to experience Krug x Mushroom this winter season.
