Charlie West Celebrates First Look Inside Building With Tacos, Tequila and Live Mariachi

Charlie West, Hell’s Kitchen’s newest condominium, gathered a crowd of designers, brokers, and industry professionals last Thursday, May 2nd to celebrate a first look at the building’s lobby. Guests enjoyed a pre-Cinco de Mayo celebration of tacos, custom tequila cocktails, and a live Mariachi band.

Notable guests include the projects design team, Eran Chen of ODA Architects and Andres Escobar of Lemay & Escobar, as well as Shlomi Reuveni, CEO of Reuveni Real Estate.

Located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen, Charlie West offers 121 condominium residences which range in size from studios to four-bedroom homes, as well as magnificent penthouses. Many of the homes offer substantial terraces and balconies with commanding skyline views.

The property also boasts over 6,000 square feet of coveted hotel-style amenities in dramatic double-height spaces including an industrial-chic lobby that also serves as a curated library and private resident lounge with fireplace. An indoor/outdoor pool and fully equipped fitness center open to respective outdoor terraces and the building’s landscaped central courtyard. Additional amenities include a roof deck, children’s playroom and translucent glass-enclosed “bike box” that reimagines typical bike storage as an innovative architectural centerpiece. 

The 16-story property, is co-developed by Elad US Holding and Mi & Co Development, with exterior design by critically-acclaimed Eran Chen of ODAArchitects and interiors by the renowned Andres Escobar.  As the only new, ground-up condominium in Hell’s Kitchen, the contemporary project is comprised of two towers connected by a gracious central courtyard. First closings are projected for Summer 2019.
