Known for designing homes for high-profile names like Harry Styles and Jennifer Lawrence at 443 Greenwich, CetraRuddy partnered with DesignBAR to create an elegant residential experience that brings metropolitan sophistication to West Palm’s Clear Lake District.

Lumaire’s 457 residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, European-inspired kitchens, and wide plank flooring, allowing natural light to flood the chic interiors. Thoughtfully designed with elegant quartz countertops and spacious private outdoor areas, the homes offer breathtaking sunrise-to-sunset views of both the city and water. The residences were meticulously staged by Steven G, adding a serene and modern touch to complement the sophisticated materials used throughout.
