Best Restaurants for Thanksgiving Dinner Across New York City

New Yorkers don't typically like to cook, we either eat out or call in, so why should Thanksgiving be any different?

While the toughest problem to face is which restaurant will fulfill your Thanksgiving needs. We loked around for some of the tastiest Thanksgiving Day feasts in restaurants around New York City and these 6 places to eat will keep you full.

 

Good Enough to Eat

Known for its Traditional Turkey Dinner, which is served nightly.  The restaurant will offer updated classic and comfort options for dine in or take out guest on Thanksgiving with their Turkey price fix meal priced at $59 a person (children under 12 are half price). Reserve your table for 2:00pm, 4:30pm or 7:00 pm. Reservations must be confirmed by 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 21st.

For $42.95 per person with a three-course prix-fixed menu for the occasion. Appetizer choices include options like Crab Cakes, Tomato with Fresh Mozzarella and Basil, Lobster Bisque or a Beets Salad. Enjoy main course options like Stuffed Turkey with chestnut, plum and carved apples, Pumpkin Risotto, Mediterranean Style Baccala with shrimp, cherry tomatoes over spinach in a white wine sauce and a Pan Seared Filet Mignon with peppercorn in a light brandy sauce served with mashed potato and spinach. Last but not least, save room for Pumpkin Pie and Coffee to end your meal. 
 

Park Avenue Tavern 

A three-course feast for just $49 ($22 for children 12 and under). Guests can select one of two starters to pair with their Apple Cider-Brined Slow-Roasted Turkey Breast with fennel sausage and herb stuffing, gravy, maple cranberry relish, yukon gold potato purée, and crispy brussels sprouts. For dessert, choose wisely between a Chocolate Cremeux and a Pumpkin Croissant Bread Pudding.

AG Kitchen


Indulge in AG Kitchen's (269 Columbus Ave) price fix menu this Thanksgiving for $35 a person, which includes Roasted Pumpkin Soup to start and Food Network star Alex Garcia's Roasted Turkey. Your meal comes with all the fixins': Orange and Cranberry Sauce, Giblet Gravy, Traditional Cornbread Stuffing, Sweet Plantain & Sausage Stuffing, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Apple Hash, Candied Carrots, Sangria Braised String Beans, Fiery Potatoes and your choice of Apple or Pumpkin Pie. Additionally, this meal could be served to go for 8 people at $165, or $32 per person. 

Boulton & Watt

Chef's daily special will be a traditional Thanksgiving plate with turkey, cranberry, stuffing, and all your favorite fixins for just $20! At the same price per plate, family style is available for parties of four or more. In lieu of traditional pie, be thankful that you can finish the feast with one of their signature Cast Iron Chocolate Chip Cookies.
