Sold: Arc House In East Hampton Finds A Buyer

The infamous Arc House at 50 Green Hollow Road in East Hampton just sold and closed for $2.175 million, which was way less than the actual value of the home. Due to prior conflicts with the previous owner, Joseph Meli, the house was sold by the U.S Government and because of the issues the home was undervalued and sold.

Bonny Aarons and Janette Goodstein of Douglas Elliman brought the purchaser, Louis Levy, who is the EVP of the Levy Group and Founder and CEO of thmble and he purchased the remarkable home.

This 6,400-square-foot home has four bedrooms, underground bathrooms, and sits on nearly three acres of land. The modern dwelling was designed by architect Maziar Behrooz of MB Architecture in 2010. The beautiful home is full with high-end appliances, fixtures and all types of extras that make this home extraordinary.
