A First Look At The Sustainable Condominium Building In Gramercy

Developed by pioneers in sustainable building, Alfa Development has unveiled it’s newest model residence at 200 East 21st Street, starting at $1.395 which include three one to three-bedroom homes designed by IMG.

The residences are designed by IMG and feature an incredible selection of artwork from the personal collection of Alfa’s CEO and Founder, Michael Namer! Michael is an accomplished painter himself and owner/founder of Gallery 151 in NYC, a local gallery in Chelsea that promotes emerging contemporary artists and community art projects.

The residence features over 8' tall wraparound bronze windows and FSC-certified wide plank oak flooring finished in a sophisticated custom smoked oil stain. The Poliform kitchen designed by Champalimaud features a white matte lacquer island and custom oak cabinetry complemented by white sand Quartzite countertops and backsplash in a honed suede finish and sleek Dornbracht fixtures. The kitchen is outfitted with a fully integrated luxury appliance highly energy efficient package by Miele.
